Qualifications:    In 1991 Dan Mirgon joined the Union Rescue Mission in Los Angeles as the Director of Estate & Charitable Gift Planning.  He was instrumental in establishing the URM Foundation which currently provides over $5,000,000 in annual revenue to the Union Rescue Mission.  Since 1993, he has served as a consultant to several charitable organizations, helping them implement or improve their donor relationship programs.
